I am wondering if any of the other people during this mass exodus have had troubles receiving your deposits back' It would seem the staff at Skyline don't understand California law that says that deposit must be refunded within 21 days after vacating the premises. Not too months after no returned phone calls, no follow up. No notice of funds withheld, countless excuses.
If you had this issue too, I would love to hear about it. Perhaps the management here needs a wake up call.
