They have raised the rents and utilities on everyone while exposing us to jackhammer noise and massive amounts of ASBESTOS all in the name of updating the building structure. They are now going to update the corridors and replace our actual apartment doors which will lead to more asbestos dust AND unknown people roaming the corridors and seeing the interior of our apartment units. How safe is that' There is not much you can do when you are all moved in and they warn you just one month before construction about all the asbestos going to be released by the drilling.
The lobby doors and garage doors never shut properly which leaves the door propped open most of the time, the visitor/deliveryperson phones do not work, and the last incompetent resident manager just bailed after working less than a year. That leaves one other incompetent office person there who never seems to have answers or solutions to anything.
