This is an older 3 story building next door to the City Hall. White Elephant on stilts. Windows never washed. Bedrooms narrow, older stoves/ovens, but owner is refurbishing. Conveniences make up for some of the deficiencies - location - location - location.

Lessor: 1418 Bellevue Ave Apartments.

They are controlling multiple tenancy units.
