The Bellvue Apartments

Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/21/2001 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001   The only thing I liked about this apartment was that it's close to downtown Burlingame. But they are too expensive for small footage. Also, you can hear every foot step above you. I had big foot as the upstairs neighbor, and did not have sound sleep for months. Also, the owner is very greedy and tried to con me out of rent money by having someone else move in before my last day was up. Even though I cleared the apartment, I was still paying rent for another week. But they had someone else move in there without telling me, and tried to keep my rent. I checked on the apartment (thank God I had not returned the key) and saw someone elses's things in there. I am now still trying to get my rent back.
