Lots of space, inattentive owner From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The problem with this building is that the owner (Meister Management) does not really care about the condition of the building. It is often dirty for weeks. Plumbing is in bad shape, with leaks a frequent complaint among fellow tenants. Finally, Mr. Meister is a miser with the heat - which is often not on (radiator system). The only thing about this building is that the apartments are huge. But, that's it.
