The outside was ugly when I first moved in. It was Light Brown with Dark Brown Trim. YUCK! But, they had it painted, and it is now a stylish off white with NAvy Blue. Nice work! They also just installed bright lights in the parking area, which really lights the place up.

We loved living there, especially for the rent that we paid. How can you beat $850 for Burlingame' Sure, the inside Carpet wasn't the most attractive, but the Managers were friendly and nice. They even paid for Gas, Garbage, Sewer, and Water. All we ended up paying was for Electricity. That was pretty unusual.

Can you beat $850 in Burlingame'' We had to move to Texas, but if not, we would have stayed there as long as we could until we bought a house. I have to say that I miss Burlingame, but no where is quite like the Bay Area.
