VERY affordable

Probably the most afforable 1BR apts in the area. IDEAL location. Includes newly refinished pool, assigned parking, most utilities paid and decent sized living space. Generally a pretty quiet building.

The outside of the building/windows need washing and the carpets and floors throughout the building are old and pretty disgusting. Kitchens are small with old appliances.
