I do not recommend Villa Tuscany at all. The walls are thin as paper and the ceilings are the same. During the winter time, you can hear a heater pinging noise when another neighbor turns on the heater. Since there are hardwood floors, you can hear every step the neighbor is making especially if the neighbor has heals. The building is really old and after a really bad storm, the paint on the walls bubbles. The parking lot is very small and very hard to get in and out. Neighbors are very unfriendly or even psychotic. The elevator is so old and falling apart. Save your money and look elsewhere.
