Extremely loud, run down, and unsafe are just a few adjectives to describe this residence. I have never been so horrified in my entire life. I couldn't sleep at night due to a myriad of noises: loud barking dogs, the old radiator banging, and psychotic neighbors screaming. I had mail stolen during my tenancy. Owner is all about the money, to the exclusion of all else. I would NEVER recommend this place. Horrible, horrible experience. I was looking for a new place 2 months after I moved in.
