Rat Infestation From: nolie Date posted: 5/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I rented a separate storage unit an in the interim was damaged by water leaks and rats. My clothing, art, and files were destroyed. My clothing and 2 antique quilts were destroyed by rats biting, urinating, etc. The property management ignored my complaints, my insurance company said it was an issue for the property management due to building defects. The property regional manager said I was out of luck and to leave if I did not like it. I left, and they listed me as an eviction. Bad construction, bad management.
