We have lived here for 3 years, and recently moved to another unit in the same complex. The managment team did absolutely nothing to facilitate the transfer. About the only thing they did was tell us how much money to bring when we signed the new lease. And, actually, I had to ask them that! They failed to tell us that we needed renters insurance (a new requirement since we moved in 3 years ago). They couldn't tell us if the apartment we were moving into had new carpet or not! Also, the previous renters had rented a washer & dryer, and despite all the promises from management, they were still there on the day we moved in. We had our own washer & dryer being delivered that day, and had to go to the front office and YELL at the people up there to get the stuff out!! It was insane. We are looking to move out at the end of our 1 year lease.
