Archstone recently bought this property. They refuse to look into any problems that were reported when Legacy still owned the complex, stating that they look on us as "new tenants" and therefore there cannot be any "old problems". Offered to let us move into a different apartment instead, but we would have to sign a new lease at the current market price.
They are raising the rent and making all tenants pay water, sewer and trash - the place is not worth this kind of money. Front staff is rude and is more concerned with sitting on the phone haggling over the price of buying a big screen TV uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
