I was lied to about the water that was flooding my apartment from my neighbor's apartment by management. They are raising rent and charging for water, sewer, etc. They haven't made up their mind yet, but that violates the lease. They are installing low flow fixtures which cause toliet cloggage and unpleasent showers. Every month they send someone in the apartment to poke around or change something. The water has been off probably 5-6 times since I've been there, so I assume the plumbing problems I've experienced are typical. The new management stopped cutting shrubs and grass as often and stopped cleaning up the garbage.
