I have lived here for almost two years now. I have seen rent go up even when the market is depressed. I see at least 3 apartments near my unit empty, and throughout my stay I have seen them all occupied only a short period of time.
The people in the office all look very nice but they are not very friendly. They are also inflexible and not accomodating at all.

The apartment complex look ok from the outside but inside the apartment does not look like what it should be for the money you pay. The materials are cheap and in need of fixing all the time. The maintenance is quite responsive, and have a lot fo work to do. I guess that's good for them.
Overall, I would not recommend this place. I think you can pay less and still get a decent apartment in the area.
