Management has got worse

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
When this complex was Malibu Meadows the management of the complex was poor. The Management team was poor, the customer service was poor. Now that Archstone have taken over, its got worse. Customer service and loyalty is a foreign concept to the management and staff.

Time for me to find a new residence.
