Find another place! After living here for over 5 years and getting $50 rent increases each time I had a new lease, they come up with a $245 per month increase. Loyalty means nothing. Paying your rent on time means nothing. I assume since they can't keep tenants, they inflate the rents of existing residents.

Find another place. Any place is better than this one.

If you can't afford to live in calabasas, move to canoga park. You get what you pay for.
