Great location but then management sucks. I lived there for 4 years and my rent was increased every year by at least 10%. The last rent increased was from $2060 to $2345. (almost 14%!) which prompted me to move.

LOL!....14% They wanted to raise our rent 29%! I would have loved a 14% increase
