I have lived here for 4 years. It's not bad. The aging facility has been rencently undergoing a major face lift. Aimco management has put a lot of work into the property. Unfortunately, this means the rent has to go up. The staff does respond to maintinence requests within a reasonable period of time. I would not agree with most of the negative comments others have posted about the staff. In general the staff is friendly and helpful. Sometimes they get busy and forget things... But they do try to help. I plan so sign for another year on my lease.
