I can honestly say that I've never lived in such an horrible complex. The main issue is the management. They are extremely incompetent and no one in the office seems to know what's going on. They train someone to do only one thing so if you need help, you have to wait until that person is in the office. The office has the exact same work hours as my job so catching someone before they leave for the day is next to impossible.

Maintenence takes weeks to get something taken care of. At one point, I had a leak in my roof and during one rain storm, collected 6 inches of water in a bucket. The stucco had to be removed from the ceiling and everything had to be re-drywalled and repainted. Of course they came to fix it 3 weeks after the rain storm so the smell of mold permiated the apartment.

Overall, the main problem is the management. The people who might actually know something sit in the very back of the office out of sight to the customers (in fact, you wouldn't even know they were there but I walked back there one day and found them).

I consider myself an easy renter but this place is not even worth the time and effort you'll have to put into living here. The rent is outrageous for the facade (although freshly painted) that you're paying for.

I have to say that I agree, have been there for a few years and they made all of these ridiculous upgrades that do not cost a thing and charge us hundreds of dollars for the remodel...the staff is ludacriss and more than incompetent, that is why they always have new people
