The MCA's are good because they are cheaper than other large complex in the area but the management is horrible! They lied to my roommate and I from the day we moved in until we received our deposit refund after we moved out. They are poorly run and unorganized...the first lease my roommate and I signed was for one apartment. When they gave us the key and we went to move in, SOMEONE WAS ALREADY LIVING THERE! it's horrible and if you can afford the few dollars more it is to live elsewhere, i would strongly recommend that!

This is the as what we experienced moving in - we had an Intent to Move In form, signed by the Leasing agent, and when we came a week later to sign the lease and pay our deposit, they told us that the previous tenant decided not to leave and another agent told them it was OK. Then they found us another unit, but it's next to the main pool and extremely noisy from all the kids in the pool all the time. Also, we were promised a parking space under the unit, then were assigned a space 4 buildings away, which we finally got changed to one in the next building by threatening to take legal action for their failure to abide by their promises. Overall the property is not bad (aside from the noise) but the management leaves a lot to be desired.
