I have lived at Malibu Canyon for 2 years. I love the place. The office staff is nice and mantenance crew is cool, I have yet to have any problems. Malibu canyon apartments are close to school and borders ventura county and LA county. I can make it to the beach in 15 minutes!!!!!!

PLEASE for the love of God, please, tell me that you work at MCA and you don't actually live here! Please tell me your standards aren't so LOW that you would actually like this place. Live at Archstone or Malibu Creek Apts if you want to be close to the beach. This place is hell.
