I have lived here for about 1.5 years, and let me tell you, Yes the Staff does suck, they are not willing to do much of anything unless you push the issue to the point of stating a law suite. Maint, is "OK", rent is way to much for what they tell you they offer but cant hold up on. if they could it would be ok to pay it and live here.. they told me it is a peacefull quite place to relax on your days off, no crime, and children were only allowed to "PLAY" in play areas and pool areas and past 10 pm it would be like a ghost town due to Closing.
well yea i do hold some tolerence and kids are kids "loud" but they didnt tell me we'll keep the place looking nice starting at 7am with loud leaf blowers, Lawn Mowers, Crew of 3-4 men with chain saws cutting back trees, Also that we will charge you for water we use to water that grass and yes we think this should be a 24Hr occurence with them going off even at 1130 at night ''' WTF '''... and last we even think it is better to water the sidewalk so be carful and not track it into you APT. I have walked into the office on several Occ, and seen them doing nothing but acting like a bunch of juvinal kids them selfs, Calabasas was at one time an upper class well to do and well off family Orient Place. now its starting to look like a higher resolution of Canoga park. over the last 1.5 years the Home prices have droped and i can only guess why. my sugg are save your money or spend it where you will get more for it, i have not had any "good Exp" here and only stay due to the hassel of moving,. and last thing the trash bins overflow all the time. and look a mess... any Pos Comments on here have to be hired help... take the words of others telling you haow it is not how they want you to think it is ....SMM,M.D.

Upper class? Dude you live in an apartment and you are talking about upper class. I dont work for them but i know that you are just wasting time writing complaints about them. If upper class is what you seek then go get a house in Mont Calabasas or Moutain View. Thats were you will get that upper class feeling. Thats where most Doctors live so set up complainer.
