Do NOT rent from this management company! Malibu Canyon Apartments will treat you like royalty until you sign the dotted line and then you're just a number. I lived there for 6 months and the entire time I had no bathroom due to hundreds of bees coming in through the bathroom vent. I spent months and months calling the leasing office to do something about it and my calls were never answered until I witheld rent and then they said they came and exterminated but the bees still kept coming in so we witheld rent again after phone calls being ignored and they then served us with a 3 day notice and a detainer! They also NEVER cleaned any of the dead bees we had to. They also took advantage of us in court when they found out we had no lawyer. The day we moved out we found termites in our bedroom having laid tons of eggs. Another problem we would have had that would have been ignored!!

As a member of the management team, we responded immediately to the bee problem in this resident's apartment. Unfortunately, lack of permission to enter prevented us to be able to remedy the situation.
