Wow there are some hostile people who have lived here. Sounds like a bunch of people with too much time on their hands. I have lived here for five years and yes the prices have gone up a bunch but so has the housing market! The schools are great, they just put in a brand new playground, and all new gym equipment. My kids just wen to the annual Luau and a haunted house. I guess what I can say is that if you do not like noice or children move into a retirement home and not into a family community like Malibu Canyon. Oh yeah, the people in the office are nice too..... John.

SERIOUSLY! John: tell your countless children to shut up, stop screaming, stop leaving trash everywhere, stop jumping the fences at the pool, etc. I don't mind kids, but people complain about us pepperdine students here?! Its the low income housing and uncontrolable families here that make this place a PAIN to live in.
