i have to visit this site and add my 2 cents to make sure the hired help dosent boost it up too much with fake Posts.. i have been here 2 yrs now and yes rent has went up! as it does every year. some things have gotten better and i have looked for cheaper, i have also found out somtime you get what you pay for.. i was looking to save and went to look at a 1bdr for 975.00 well i didnt move! the issues with parking is still here,, they do a ---- job of any help there.. the trash stll piles up to all overflowingly high and yes i still have to put up the kids, cleaning men, and water all over the sidewalks that i have to try to keep from tracking in the home. all an all my over all rate has went up of this place and you could end up with worse but all and all it "OK"
