I don't live there buy my friends do. Whenever the temp gets over 90 degrees, it smells like a sewer. Maybe that's because they are right across the street from the city dump.

They also let the residents burn candles on their patios and let the wax drip down to the lower units and do nothing about it. Noise complaints are ignored and management does nothing about it.

I'd never live there and it sucks that my friend does.

The smell is a sulfer mine. We don't live across the street from a dump,lol we live across the street from the Malibu mountains which is a protected state park.
