I have lived in many apartment communities....but Malibu Canyon is by far the best. Not only do they offer a secluded location...but their staff is top notch. Not only are they very friendly and professional....but the service I have received has been awesome. They have the prettiest pool I have ever seen. I have referred some of my friends here. I highly recommend Malibu Canyon.

The person who wrote this probably does work at MCA's. In all honsesty, there is about 3-4 members of the staff that are actually pretty good about things. The rest, well not so good.

LOL this fool must work for MCA. This place is an overpriced rat hole that dosent give a shitabout anyone and the clients that have inhabited the place over the last 6 mo the rent Inc has me moving!
My 06 corvette got keyed. and the 07 Bmw x5 ( wife) has a line of door dings because the car next to us is a beat out honda that has about 6 people climbing in it every Am and yes the 6 live in a 1 bedroom. there is one other indvbut he works here! told staff that i needed a new spot due to the fact my 70K truck was getting dinged x1-x2 a day they told me that this is your spot and we cant ghange it. I told them about the over populated apartment and they told me if there was a problem they would know ???? OK you must Live in the only perfect MCA there is and the rest of usjust think thatwe know how it IS. PULL YOU HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS and dont boost thier score !

Yeah this was a blatant attempt to boost their rating! LOL!! What a joke!!! The people who actually LIVE here know the truth as opposed to the people who WORK FOR THE COMPANY and post 'BS' reviews like this one.
