My wife and I lived there for 2 years. That was 1-1/2 years too long.
After the happy front upon move-in, staff become useless and uninterested.
Rodents and racoons are a serious problem. We once had to walk the long way around to get to our unit when the normal walkway was occupied by a large and very unfriendly pack of racoons. Once while taking a bath (filled to a normal level), a maintenance person showed up and said our tub was too full and was leaking into the downstair apt. The problem was an improperly sealed drain, but we were warned that we might be liable for damages. Drunk partiers constantly in the jacuzzi past operating hours. Security never responded. In fact the management terminated their security contract and told us to call the local sheriff - who rightly claimed that it was MCAs responsibility. When we complained to management about the absence of security staff, we were sent a letter from their attorneys to cease sending letters to management about the problems or risk eviction.

Other than that and the sewer smell, it was great.
