I am currently a resident of more than 2yrs, and the only reason I live here is the location, I have access to many trails without having to get into my car, and I feel safe taking long walks at night, since cops roam the streets every hour or so.

With all said I hate this place, I've seen many many neighbors move after only one lease term, why because one thing they do not tell you is this, they raise the rent up to $250 Extra every time you sign the lease, if you are in a low income unit like me your rent will be raised a $100 every time. This has gone on since I've lived here, and there seems nooooo end. Also now your are required to have your apt insured or else you will not be able to sign the lease.

The management is awful,awful,awful. They loose paper work all the time, and no one has the answers as to why, Ever. This is so common, even if you fax them papers or hand them in your self. For three months straight we received notices of unpaid bills, and told we will be evicted, BY MISTAKE. We went to their office ever month and they said oooh, no idea why this is happening to you. It turned out we were not the only ones, many people in the apt had the same exact problem.

Management is run by a rude, and unprofessional woman who's name starts with -. She was brought in to help sort out the mess this past 1 1/2, but she is now part of the problem.Good luck reaching her she will only be reached by answering machine, and never, or very rarely responses back.

Also, if you have serious complaints you will not be able to find the higher power, meaning the owners, or the main managements, THEY ARE NOT LISTED. There are so many people here with complaints that the office either evicts them or does not renew their lease without them being able to contact the real owners. I agree with everything you said. It's got the location....that's it! The "because they can" rent increase (for no reason whatsoever) at every single lease end/renewal is ridiculous. The staff is horrible, uncaring, and completely unprofessional.
