I almost lived like an year here from feb 1st 07 to jan 30th 08.Whatever you say .."THE RULES SIR" ..and shows the so called "Malibu Bible".I dont know where they come from all of a sudden'''''

I went to the leasing office to report them that we would be leaving on feb 1st.They asked to fill an application form.They asked me to come down the next day for the form.As said I went and filled out everythin.They said since my husband signed the lease he has to sign it.I was not informed that the next day(dec31st) office close by 3.00PM and holiday on Jan 1st.So had no choice but to submit on 2nd for which he charged me $80 for the two days and made me stay till feb 2nd.

Atlast when we moved out we were expecting a min of our $500 deposit back.I Myself cleaned up the kitchen ,bathrooms(though I keep them very tidy) and the carpet(with a $40rugdoctor).And finally after after 2 weeks i was given a check for $375.They finally charged $60for carpet,$140 for some overturn charges(i dont know wat it means'') and $135 for unpaid utility charges.Actually i paid them the day i left.when i called back they said that was a mistake and would be sending check in aweek.Tat dint happen.....I called them several times....At last after 1 month of continious calls i was FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!
