I am on the phone now with them. They are trying to screw me now that the lease is up for renewal... I HATE this place, and they hate you back. Oh! And plenty of crack heads and dealers too if you need some... Thanks to loyal Pepperdine University Clients. The place is noisy and getting worse by the day... This place was great 10 years ago, now the management is all about screwing you left and right. That's why they remodel the place to make the window look neat but the behind the scenes is nasty... DO NO RENT HERE! YOU'LL REGRET IT!

I agree the new manager is a piece of work. And I mean that in a bad way. Her life must suck because all she does is make the residents here unhappy. She needs to get a life. And if she does have one it probaly needs an adjustment. She stinks as a manager.
