This saddens me to see how a company such as Malibu Canyon Apartments(AIMCO) treats my fellow americans.This is typical corporate B.S when no one is held accountable. It is disgusting when you see a so called manager Treat tenants like they are nothing but a meal ticket!....DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!...YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I agree with your thoughts, it is the worse and disgusting mangers that managing there. The mangers are all stupid and they have no idea how to behave as manger, in my idea they were homeless before and this is their first job. They have no sign of customer service education, I am wonder how they hired. This will be big mistake if you make any lease agreement with this company. They are all money hunger and after you are in their hand they suck your blood.

I think the manager is a real low-life scumbag. This is a terrible place to live. What happened to the basketball court? Was that a diaper in the pool the other day? Im outta here after my lease is up.

I agree with your site,and like I said before the new management must have been brought in from the inner city some where,because they have zero customer service. If you make a complaint to these people RECORD your conversation no matter how minor, and ask for their name at the phone. They deny phone calls and messages ever being left at their office, and they will lie, lie, and lie to protect themselves. Trust me, if you want to be heard or get any where record your calls, and complaints so that they can't step on you or deny you of your rights to be heard.

The problem with management starts from the top resident mgr. -----. We didn't have this problem when Jennifer was the mgr.(not Jennifer the pool/gym girl who we are actually quite fond of, a ray of sunshine in that dark place and another who is caught in the web of lies just for a paycheck). The other employees fear for their jobs so seem to follow suit with the lies and policies. I personally have made friends with some of the cool employees, you know them, and they know that this place is going down because of mgmt. but they don't know how to make positive changes without loosing their jobs. There are a few great people that work in the office. If you do have a problem, it better be in writing or management will not listen. They have a 3 strikes and you're out policy. This could be your kids climbing a fence, you or your guest being reported smoking a cigarette, dog off leash etc. They seem to not renew leases because they don't like somebody (usually a person who complains about policy or who has had issue with mgmt).There is a corporate office to complain to if you really want to voice yourself dig a little deeper on line, the company is called Aimco, and they seem like a very reputable co. that probably has no idea how their business is being run. Remember, the evil is good at deceiving many.

Beware of this old lady that lives in unit _ _ _ big time nut case she goes around every day looking for who knows what and this lady always calls the cops for no reason I wonder why the management is keeping this person in that apartment she already broke a lot of their rules she should be kicked out so that tennants there will have peace of mind that they deserve. Many tennants that she stalks

I moved out of this place in MAY-09 and am still waiting for a refund check...LOL... I have lived there since 99 in 2 different apartments and since the new management came in the place has gone to the sh_tter... ----- was the manager who i think messed the place up and she left a few months ago. I only know this cause she promised me on her last day that i would get a refund check in 10 days...LOL...What a f-ing joke of a place and AIMCO is just as bad!!!
