The apartment complex is under constant renovations. The maintanence is very slow. I am still waiting for two problems to be fixed from a request made over two months ago (one problem being an ant infestation in my bathtub).
The complex doesn't pair up neighbors that well. I am near people that hate dogs and constantly complain that my dogs are loud, when in fact they rarely bark. It can be noisy because I live near one of the pools and playgrounds. I hate hearing kids screaming at early hours on the weekend or the college kids music on Thursday and Friday nights.
The staff isn't very courteous. The complex changed their rent payment policy to not include credit card payment but didn't inform its residents. I had to go out-of-town unexpectedly because of a funeral and left my credit card information as a means of payment. Management thought it would be a good idea to post my credit card information on my door. Luckily, my sister didn't travel with me. She was at work and when she came home found the letter about 10 feet away (near a stairwell). I tried contacting the leasing office about leaving my private information in a public domain, but no one returned my numerous phone calls.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It is overly priced and not worth the fees for the service that you get.

Wow. I guess I am not the only one. Who owns this place? I doubt the owner knows what is going on here. There are serious management issues I can tell you first hand. They simply are rude and can care less about tenants once the lease is signed. I am out when my lease is up.

Deweym, the owners of this complex are COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS! I supposed you could eventually find them by searching through county land records, but we tried everything we could to discover the real owners, but all we ever got was references to lawyer and referrals to AIMCO. It's pretty obvious that the owners either don't care about what's going on here, OR the place is a corporately owned property of AIMCO itself (which would explain a lot!).
