I lived there for over 2 years, the place is a joke. The used to have security, now there is one 70 year old guy for 700 tenants , that sleeps in the rec room all night when he should be making his rounds.
The pool is joke, by 10 am all the cabanas and chairs are taken. It is over run by males 16 - 35. They will hit on your wif/gf the second you walk away, making them extremely uncomfortable and causing fights. The place is packed with teenagers who buss in from all over the Vally and climb the fence. The fights usually start around 3pm because of all the underage drinking.
The tenants... don't get me started. There is a psychotic lady who walks around in an ---- wig , talking to herself and yelling at tenants. There is a crazy middle age woman, around 50, who try to get is everyones business, thinks she owns the place. If you don't befriend her, she will start a smear campaign against you and attempt to have you kicked out with tonns of complaints. These are 2 examples, multiply that by 700 & there you have it.
I could go on and on, but bottom line , this place is a dump.

IT'S NO PLACE TO RAISE A FAMILY!! People Drunk and urinating in the bushes all the time!! Constant Fist Fights at the Luxurious Pool!! Alot of Drug use!!

Wow! Crazy stuff. There are problems every place you go. We love the new pool and only go when it's not crowded. I think the only fights are when security or the pool girl are not around (like Memorial day weekend when the entire staff took their vacations). THEY NEED MORE AGGRESSIVE SECURITY HERE... LIKE 24 HRS. A DAY!!!!!! I agree with that. Our cars should not be broken into. The security guys are cool but are only on at night and this is a big place for one person. The pool security girl works diligently to keep the peace at the pool, but doesn't work the grounds and parking lots and has many days off work (who covers those shifts when she is off??) Summer is here and management needs to hire a 24 hr. security team, at least for the weekends, let's petition them for this instead of more cookies. Will security stand guard at the new BBQ area (which are often broken) and fire pits (sadly,some kid is going to get burned at those open fire pits). Good on you that your wife is beautiful and young men find her attractive, maybe you should teach them some manners, mentor them in respect, something they might not have learned from their parents.
