I lived here for two and a half years. I'm pretty sure they advertise at the looney bin for tenants. Everyone who lives there is NUTS, drunk...or nuts.

There's the alcoholic single mother who screams at people, the guy who pimps hoes for Hollywood parties and got arrested by ICE in the driveway, ten more single mothers who hate men, and the couple with two grown kids and a huge dog and two tiny dogs, all in a small apartment...the wife is an angry shopaholic and the husband is a degenerate gambler who walks around with no shirt, and he is grossly enormous. Not a pretty sight. The management is nonexistent, the apartments are small and they like to call their upgrades wonderful, but the hardwood floors are actually cheesy linoleum. No one picks up after their dogs - it's like a village of poop land mines. The ants are preparing to take over the complex and good luck getting an exterminator to come.

They've gone through more managers than I can count, one of whom was a seriously belligerent alcoholic. That one was kicked out and replaced by another useless manager. I swear, if I could broadcast it nationwide, I would. Do not move here. Do not get sucked into the vortex of crazy tenants in your living space.

I agree with the mostly crazy tenants (although I don't know them as personally, thank goodness) and utter lack of management (which has changed three times in one year). They have been building the leasing office for over a month, creating a lot of noise and disturbance, especially for us who live right next to it. Also, the pool has been out of service for like 6 months. One of the reasons I moved here was the supposedly year-round heated pool. Dogs bark constantly during the day and yes, there is poop everywhere on the grounds. Move here with caution. While management is horrible, the apartments themselves are very nice and the location is convenient and safe.

Why would you live there 2.5 years if it was that bad? It sounds to me like you may need anti-depressants...
