Great Apartments I moved in about one month ago and find it a wonderful community. The staff and maintenance group are very easy to work with and friendly. They have 2 pools and 2 exercise rooms. They also hold events and publish a community calendar.

Great place to call home I have been a resident for 5 months and really enjoy living here! The staff is very responsive to all your needs. If you enjoy the outdoors then Malibu Canyon Apartments is the place for you. Very close to Malibu and the ocean!

Great experience transferring my apartment! I have to say that Malibu Canyon did a great job helping us with our transfer from a two bedroom to a three bedroom apartment. The management was attentive and responsive to all of my questions and I always felt like we were working together like a team.
