Apparently quoting vastly different prices to renters (beyond normal guidelines). Was informed that they had told one tenant that they were actually trying to get rid of a couple tenants!
Secondly, was completely screwed for my security deposit and was charged for things without prior notice (after being assured that there would be NO CHARGES for these things due to length of tenancy).
Change of policy also forces pet owners to part with their pets or face eviction! Management office verbally confirmed that small dogs/cats were ok, only to retract this statement several months later---and to SELECTIVELY submit notices to tenants demanding relinquishment of pets!
Interestingly enough, it is permissible for certain tenants to go trampling through the bushes in to their balconies and to throw beer bottles and litter cigarettes everywhere. Have I mentioned double-parking in an already limited number of spaces'
Really regrettable experience, and am extremely disappointed with the conduct and service I both witnessed and experienced. Have also spoken with SEVERAL OTHER tenants who have had a similar disappointing experience. A property management that demonstrates utter disregard for honest, hard-working tenants.
