what do you think''' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   ok, when me, my husband, and little girl first came here looking for a nice place to live, we searched all throughout camarillo and this place seemed to be respectable. but then after moving in, we realized that the apartment wasn't that well insulated and that it would get REALLY cold at night and the dinky little heaters in the wall weren't exactly magic! so we went out to home depot and actually bought a heater!!! the windows were no help either. i don't think their well insulated and the locks are so dinky-i could break inside my own house! and the carpet looked new when we first moved in, but it was so hard to take care of b/c it was a beige/white color that got dirty real quick. the speed bumps are rediculous! the first one (when you pull in) is like a metal bar! it doesn't feel too good on the car! and lastly, they only assign one parking spot, which got harder to park after we bought another car and a motorcycle! plus, people were getting bitchy about where to park! heaven forbid if i accidently park in your precious spot! why do we even have assigned parking' just park where ever! first come, first serve! just like a grocery store parking lot!me and my husband are ALWAYS looking out the window to check on our cars!plus, there was a time when we saw the police around and found out that someone had got arrested for stealing someone's system out of their car! and who knows if they deal drugs in the corner lot b/c one night i came home from work late and there was a car parked and someone just sitting there WATCHING ME!it was CREEPY! over all, the place is a little below average after living here for awhile. i will say the kitchen is in good shape. the cabinets look good and has a nice stove and refrigerator. the dishwasher looks a little old, but runs ok. the only noise around here is the dump truck that comes by to pick up all the trash and occasionally hearing cars go by w/their stereos up loud.so what do YOU think''' thats all i have to say!
