Crappy, but decent

Compared to other apartments in the area, Camarillo Oaks is the best looking "outside" for your money. But looks are deceiving. The apartments I think are really small in size...I share a 2bd/1.5 bath. The walls are paper thin and can hear EVERYTHING and ANYTHING going on outside and next door too! In the summer it does get quite warm!!! But of course we have no central air conditioning...and in the winter it gets quiet cold, but the room heaters don't seem to cut it....plus ours don't even work anymore it seems. The stove and oven are pretty old, but the dishwasher and microwave are newer. My roommates bathroom area has a much older facuet and toliet...which I don't understand, can't they replace both'' The management team are a bunch of pricks who can't think for themselves and don't know diddly squat. I've been here about a year, and I doubt I would renew my lease. I am just sad that this complex is so close to everything you could possible need or want in Camarillo. They are decent, but for $1355 with no utlities paid I think I can do better. *Rent went from $1150 to $1275 to now I believe $1355 in a YEAR*
