I challenge you to find a more bland, drab, enclave-esque living hole. From day one I regretted living here. There is a mote-like quag that circles the entire living area, which I was assured was cleaned regularly...this was far from true. Often time the smell alone would make me want to wretch. There are many famlies of varying sizes that live here most with two or more children. The median age is around 40. Essentially Camarillo Oaks is a bastion for crap. DO NOT RENT HERE.
The management staff seems to be kind, with the exception of one red haried lady who made me angry just looking at her, not to mention the fact that she was a complete and total beeeeatch.
In the end I only stayed here for about three months...until I found a place further north for around the same price with one more room and an ocean view.
In conclusion: If you hate yourself, hate life in general, or wish to slum it in the burbs of what is arguably the arm pit of modern civilization...then by all mean enjoy your stay at Camarillo Oaks...However...if you value your money, and don't wish to lose IQ points by proxy, or if you think there might be more to life than crappy bars, celulite, and the WORST RESTAURANTS IN THE HISTORY OF FOOD...then stay very far away from this HELL HOLE.
