Not worth the money, keep looking

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
For just over $1000 you get to share ten acres with 10,000 other people. The Staff is friendly, except for the evil property manager Jennifer. I thought the place was at least so-so until I had to deal with her, now I despise it because of her.
