Security takes over 30min to respond to calls. When they arrive they don't even do anything. The office won't help you if you want out of the lease. Even if you complain A LOT the office won't do anything cause they have to be "fair and equal" to all residents. DO NOT live by the pool, if you want to stay up till 2AM go ahead. Kids are loud vulgar along with their drunk parents at night. If you want to get high your neighbors can help with that. Walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. The maintenance crew will half-way fix your apartment leaving the other half undone. The Dishwasher sucks might as well hand wash your dishes. The paint is so cheap you can rub it off with WATER and a towel. The carpet is like a dirt magnet. Every little spot shows big time. Ventilation is no good since you only have your doors and one window. If you are trash then this is a good place for you to live. Overall, horrible place. (Many of the other complaints in this thread are very valid, I would take their word they are telling the truth.) I am outta here. Breaking the lease for something better.
