this place sucks,loud, nothing works or gets fixed From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   this place sucks! you wake up in the morning 4 days a week to gardeners with their blowers, forget about washing your car it gets dirty the next day from the gardeners. don't rely on maitenance to fix anything. they whine about everything, they don't want to have to work and when they work they screw it up worse. the management will be all nice in person at first,if you have to bring up the same problem they become wicked,sarcastic, and rude.even the top lady at the office acts like she has a clue, but doesn't and she gets paid good to be in charge.they up your rent every 6months as if their not expensive enough. yes the outside 1st impression of the apts looks good, but they trap you from the outside /in. no ventilation in bathrooms you must live with mold constantly i think the health dept should check it out. they expect you to bleach your walls and ceilings in the bathrooms every other day. if you like noise,blowers, mold and rudeness, then this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!
