I have lived at Camarillo Oaks for over a year and have seen only positive changes occur. I have been so impressed that I actually sought out this site to say something in favor of the Community and just read the previous 3 comments and was surprised by the opinions of what amy have been all the same person' Anyhow, since I have been here, I have seen an upgrade in services, the property is beautiful and the management reaaly cares about the residents and holds events for the residents at no charge. Yes, the landscapers have blowers out to clean the leaves around 9 or 10 AM but I guess some of the people must sleep til noon' I have been upset with dust on my car too but realize that living at a property with such lush landscaping comes with the nessecity to also clean it up. My intent was to just say I have been very impressed with the time and care I have been afforded and am happy with my large living space...quite a value for the money spent.
