There are many problems with this apartment complex, but the most disturbing problem is the office staff. There are a couple of younger office personnel who are innocent when it comes to being rude, but I feel that they are the ones not writing down the trouble calls or taking care of business. The main problem with the office staff is the more experienced personnel. The most rude and unprofessional people I have ever crossed in my life. On every issue dealing with the apartment office we ended up feeling like total trash when we left. The problem was usually not resolved, and at the same time the manager had some way of degrading us in order to exert some kind of muscle. The list of horrible things that have happened to us in this apartment complex are numerous... noisy, motorcycles started on door step, prowlers at night, wear and tear of apartment on move-in unacceptable, trouble calls not reported, parking problems, crime problems, etc. too numerous to state.
