Camarillo Oaks

I cannot wait to move from this place. I read your review and agree with it totally. One of the reasons I am moving is the neighbors. It is unbelievable what you can hear through the walls!
The plumbing'''' I was told by the maintenance man when he came to snake our toilets that the plumbing is old and that toilet paper should not be flushed- it should be placed in a trash can and then removed to the main dumpster. What'' I have two kids and friends that come over. How can I tell them to leave their used toilet paper in my trash can'' Yikes.
The other problem is the mold. I have lived there for just over a year and maybe it is coincidence that I have developed hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, migraine like headaches, chronic fatigue, chronic nose running, hair loss, gained 20 lbs. (I don't even eat meat or anything fried and everything is low/fat free), and other symptoms as well since I moved. I informed them of my concern of black mold on Thursday. Today is Monday and still no one has come out to look. Also, management leaves messages about anything left on your porch when the basketball court has been out of commission for months with a bunch of junk on it.
Good luck to anyone who moves here.

You must be talking about some other place... Alara Camarillo does not have a basketball court.
