Renters BEWARE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Lived at Camarillo Oaks for a 1 1/2 years. was on there LOW INCOME PROGRAM and was unexpectedly kicked out a month later found out they no longer offered the low income program. obviously was kicked out because they wanted to up my rent i returned the apartemnt the same way i received it cleaned and painted was expecting full deposit if not a hundred less instead received half of the deposit a uncle of mine warned me about camarillo oaks, when he moved out instead of receiving his deposit he got a bill for 1200 BEWARE EITHER WAY THEY WILL SCAM MONEY OUT OF YOU I RATE -10
