Seriously....that last review before mine..really' I have lived here for about a year and the management has done nothing but upgrades, re-painting, new lighting, new apartment heaters, new pool furniture, new pool decking and the list goes on. Seems like everyone only complains about things that they go over and are in your lease...did you read it stupid' And by the way residence is spelled RESIDENTS, you must be college educated. In addition, what planet do you live on where ANYONE guarantees that you will not be near smoke...hello prop 65, move to Santa Monica if you want to live in a bubble! It's really sad that these hard working individuals have to put up with idiots like you and get constantly slammed just because you don't want to follow the lease as it's written. Why did you sign it then' Let me gues, they forced you right' Nobody takes responsibility anymore for anything...blame blame blame. Yes there are a few issues here but it's an apartment community with I think about 600 units! You actually expect for nothing to go wrong with that many people living that close' It's because of jackasses like you that constantly complain this world has so many rules and regulations and no one can just live peacefully! Move if you hate it...oh wait you can't because there's a fee that you probably can't afford because your an uneducated idiot! Tell you what, I would be happy to bring you a copy of the lease and break it down in laymans terms....seriously you really need to be thankful in these times that you aren't living on the street and appreciate how hard these people work!
