Quiet and nice

I moved in almost 13 months ago. I love it here. The office is very responsive to my requests and maintenance is great. It's quiet and the property is kept very clean. The neighbors are nice. I plan on renewing my lease in 2 months.

I totally agree. It's not perfect (some cheap bathroom fixtures and the carpet seems to get spots on it even though we never wear shoes inside) but the staff is very responsive. It's not a luxury condo, but the people are friendly and everyone seems happy.
