Camarillo Oaks is terribly noisy all day and all night, people in apartments playing music really loud and people driving through the complex all the time with the music blaring, i would not recommend it to anyone unless of course you are stone deaf.

Exactly right, the noise problem continues to worsen. If you like loud frat boys drinking and yelling from their patios and balconies all night - then you've found a home.
