Only apt with central AC and inhouse Laundry

I think this is the only place with central ac and inunit laundry for the rent range $1050(1BHR) to $1450(2BHK).
Friendly manager.
Safe place.
Best School District in Camarillo(infact in the whole Ventura and LA County).
Only disadvantage is not close to any shops(vons/albertsons), fitness, haircut. But the whole camarillo spans only to 3 exits in 101, max of 5miles stretch.
